CANCELLATIONS - If you would like to cancel an order, we require you do so before the order has shipped. Please email us if you require a cancellation. If you reach out to us through social media, we cannot guarantee we will see your request before shipping has taken place.
RETURNS/REFUNDS - For sanitary and safety reasons, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. All products are final sale.
SAFETY - For safety, please follow all candle burning safety instructions. For candles with flammable decorations, please either remove them or move them far away from the wick before burning. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting your candles, and keep your candles away from curtains and flammable objects. Please follow fire safety at all times with our products. Please reach out with any questions regarding allergies before purchasing.
FALSE CLAIMS - If you file a false claim with your financial institution, you will be barred from purchasing from us. By purchasing our products you are agreeing to our terms, including the right to post your name and warn other small businesses.
DECORATIVE CANDLES - if a candle is listed as decorative we cannot guarantee it can be burned properly or safely.
